Terms, Conditions & Agreements

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions of your use of the repair services provided by Appliance Specialists of Oklahoma (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). By scheduling a service appointment, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, this Agreement.

1. Services

Appliance Specialists of Oklahoma provides on-site diagnostic and repair services for residential appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, and microwaves, within our published service area.

2. Scheduling & Diagnostics

  • Service appointments are scheduled for a specific date and time window. While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
  • We perform diagnostics on-site at your home. A diagnostic fee may apply, which will be communicated to you before work begins.
  • Most repairs are targeted for completion within three (3) days of diagnosis, depending on part availability.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe, clear, and accessible work area around the appliance.
  • Ensure that pets are secured for the safety of our technicians and your animals.
  • Be present or have a responsible adult (18+) present during the scheduled service time.
  • Disclose any known safety hazards related to the appliance or its location.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • You agree to pay for all services performed at the rates in effect at the time of service.
  • All charges are due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment by check may be accepted at our discretion.
  • A returned check or declined payment will incur additional fees, and service may be suspended until the balance is paid in full.

5. Parts & Warranty

  • Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or reconditioned, based on availability and suitability.
  • Parts and labor are typically covered by a warranty as specified on your service invoice. This warranty does not cover subsequent failures due to misuse, improper installation, or unrelated components.
  • The manufacturer’s warranty may apply to new parts; we will provide relevant documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Appliance Specialists of Oklahoma’s liability for any claim arising from this Agreement or our services shall be limited to the total amount you paid for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of food or other contents of appliances.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
